The womens' washroom is disgusting, and has been for ages. There are only two toilets working. The others are out of order, as they flood the floor when flushed. Most of the doors on the stalls don't close properly either. I was told that the women's washroom would be closed down in about a week, and there would be a temporary washoom upstairs with only one shower and two toilets... that will be interesting! This gym is not worth the money we pay!

This upstairs washroom is terrible. I always have to wait to get into a stall, then wait again to wash my hands, and I have given up on the idea of showering. Hownaive of me to have thought I could actually shower at my gym!
When I expressed my concerns to a staff member, she informed me that she also had to climb the stairs to get there. I said first, I didn't care about the stairs, just about how small it is. And second, she IS PAID to be there, whereas I AM PAYING to be there!!! Big difference, (but she didn't seem interested.)

I really believe at this time that the Extreme staff is trained to answer in this manner. They are like a cult. They all wear the same Star Trek uniform and they all say the same thing when you speak to them. Are they all brainwashed? Like the Moonies or something.

But this is another example of the TERRIBLE customer service there. They should be saying things like how sorry they are for inconveniencing us, and how are they are working to fix it.

I guess it would be harder to brainwash them to lie like that though. Laughing
