To address issues of health within the gym, such as mold, or unsantary conditions, contact the Toronto Public Health Dept at 416-392-0936.


They will do an inspection, and report back to you. They are not allowed to provide the name or phone number of the person filing the complaint to any other persons, Extreme included. Remember, focus on the most significant health issue or possible infraction, then add your concern about any others you may have noticed. If you are unsure, ask them first if this is the right department to address your concern.
