They're not desperate. I'm sick of getting those flyers so I throw them out. HOWEVER I'm sure it's $15/month for 2 months and then if you want to continue you have to sign a year membership.

Btw, I had a sales guy telling me "that the 'grand opening' is going to be Jan 28", till then construction all the time.

All these "grand opening" promos are just to scam more people into coming.
