I went to the Extreme on Richmond the other night and found the customer service to be as charming as the Danforth location. I asked the woman at the 'juice bar' (once she got off her cell phone!) where the weight room was located and she looked at me with this puzzled, annoyed expression and said 'What?...we don't have that." I said "You don't have a weight room?" and she said "No" to which I replied "It's the place where you lift weights". At that point she "got it" and pointed down the hall with the same exasperated look.
The fun continued after my workout while I was in the change room about to wash my hands in the sink when the "attendant" came over and told me not to run the water because the area was "flooding". I replied with "Gee, this is just like the Danforth location". It may be nice and new and all finished at Richmond, but some things certainly stay the same Confused
