The men's washroom isn't much better. While the toilets work, there is a big puddle outside the sauna door, that you have to walk through or jump over to get to the toilets. Oxygen used to clean that up fairly regularly, but I've never seen the extreme staff clean it up once so far. I'm sure it is a health hazard, and the city should be called.
Also, there is no hot water after about 6 or 7 PM after the classes get out!!! Ive had so many cold showers there, it's like I'm working out in a gym in Calcuta. come on guys, this is Canada, we have a standard of living here. The shower stalls are black, the curtains usually moldy too.. .another health concern.
The thing is this, why can they spend all that money building fancy, expensive, shiny new sales centers (they've built 2 since taking over), but can't put in a new water heater to service all these gazillion new members they're bringing in? or clean up the showers? We are paying way too much money for the quality of cleanliness and service there, wake up extreme
It is just sad for me.Oxygen was a nice gym, now I don't think I can stay there any longer, and I have been going there for about 6 years. Let this be a warning for the Bally's members whose gym just got bought out by Extreme.
