|

| We have lost perhaps 1/3 of the exercise equipment over the last 2 months, since Extreme took over and started their reconstruction. As well as about 1/3 of the free space, with the yoga room gone for no reason (no one is working on it!), and the treadmill section which is now a sales center, as well as the loss of the juice bar, and the wall where the front desk is at the moment. And seeing that the membership has probably doubled, so there is much more competition for less space and equipment, to the point of being uncomfortable and ridiculous, clearly we deserve some compensation. It is obvious now that this will be the norm for months more to come. I paid for all that space, equipment and services, shouldn't my monthly rate be lowered? Shouldn't I get 1/3 of my money back? Or maybe at the very least be compensated with extra free months, or some hours with trainers. Something! Something to show that this new corporate-style company has even the slightest concern about the problems and inconveniences they have caused their members, and the suffering they endure as a result. |

Your first hint was that the first area to get renovated was the membership recruitment area. Remember? At the top of the stairs last year, with the carpets and computers.
That's what it was all about. |
